Elaine Smith has over 20 years of Human Resource experience and started Benchmark 10 years ago after having worked in Human Resource Manager, Director and Corporate Director jobs.

The business has  grown to include clients from Coast to Coast.  Elaine is certified by the National Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional In Human Resources (SPHR). Her understanding of the Human Resource body of knowledge and her commitment to her profession have earned her the designation as one of only a limited number of  Lifetime Certified HR professionals.
