We specialize in writing Affirmative Action Plans, and Human Resources Support for our clients. As a “Woman Owned and Operated Business” we are considered a “Preferred Provider” to Government Contractors who need written Affirmative Action Plans, OFCCP audit support, EEO compliance assistance, sexual harassment and discrimination investigations, communication and documentation, and related AAP support and training.
We also have extensive experience in the development of Company Policy Manuals and Employee Handbooks as well as HR support for new company start-ups and acquisitions. Because of our extensive Human Resource background, we offer on-call and on-site assistance with employment law concerns, sensitive employee relations issues, general HR consulting, development of HR Policies and Procedures, HR systems, Performance Review Systems, and employee and supervisory training.
